Location: Southern Italy on the Amalfi Coast

Naples is located in southern Italy in the region of Campania. It is Italy’s third largest city and the ninth largest in the European Union. Being a large metropolis and port city, arrival is easy. If traveling by car, the A1, A3, and A16 motorways all lead to the city. Naples is also served by an international airport and several train stations. Napoli Centrale, Napoli Campi Flegrei, and Napoli Mergellina are the three largest. Naples also offers an extensive public transport network of trams, buses, funiculars, and more.

Business: Italy’s fourth largest economy and a major port city

This large port city is Italy’s fourth largest economy behind Rome, Turin, and Milan. The majority of business done in Naples is in the service sector, however, manufacturing and tourism both play large roles. Expo Napoli is the city’s large convention space, which operates everything from conventions to trade shows to business meetings and more.

Naples is a city with a rich cultural background that has been inhabited for more than 3,000 years. Known around the world for being a place of art, there are more than enough museums and theatres to see and experience.
