Rome is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. People from all over visit Rome to see the Vatican Museums, the catacombs, and the monuments of the Roman Forum. There are several prestigious music theaters and conservatories in Rome. The Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia is one of the biggest musical sites in the world. It has had a major impact on music since the Renaissance period. Many composers have composed church music here, and contributed to the music of the Vatican City. Rome is one of the main archaeological centers in the world as well. It was fabulously influenced by the baroque period and became the home of famous artists, such as Bernini, Cortona, and Caravaggio.

The two most popular tourist attractions in Rome are the Vatican Museums and the Coliseum. Flip a coin in the Trevi Fountain for your wish to come true. The Spanish Steps and the Trinità dei Monti offer picturesque views. The Eternal City has a large amount of catacombs for those who would like exploring the undergrounds. It has many famous bridges crossing the Tiber River, including the Ponte dei Quattro Capi. Parks and gardens offer rest and relaxation on extensive sightseeing tours.
